Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Mickey & Suzy Mooney. We live in the rolling hills of West Tennessee and enjoy our grown children, grandchildren, (and grandchildren on the way), 2 dogs (one is grumpy - the other lovable), 1 cat and the best friends and family anyone could expect!

Prior to our return to simple church, we planted and led a community church in our neighborhood for a decade or so. It started in our living room where we met for over a year. The gathering eventually out-grew our home and we followed conventional wisdom and built a building. The blur that followed (over the next 10 years) saw 4 building projects, numerious ministry programs, the gaining and loss of many friendships, and the eventual realization that the machine was running us. The Lord was clearly calling us back to our roots. The living room....

God graciously supplied a buyer for the campus after which the congregation was released to follow their hearts. Some made the transition to simple church while others sought out other IC's (institutional churches). There were bumps in the road of transition but Gods Grace was sufficient. We daily prayed for Grace to carry us where we could not walk, Wisdom to make good decisions, and physical strength and stamina for the Journey. He supplied!
